Inspired by the author Camilla Collet, you'll find Collet's food and wine restaurant on the first floor of Litteraturhuset. With a view out to the river, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the wine bar, or you can eat a varied meal in the restaurant section. Collets offers wines from all over the world and has an impressive wine list.
The menu consists of a mixture of small dishes and snacks, as well as varied and creative dishes. A French-inspired kitchen where new dishes are constantly added to the menu based on seasonal ingredients.
