The selection can vary regularly and the menus look different, depending on which restaurant you visit. Perhaps the chef at your nearest Pincho has picked out some personal favorites or brought in special ingredients that are in season.
When Pincho Nation opened its first restaurant in 2012 in Sweden, the menu consisted mostly of classic tapas from Spanish cuisine. Since then, they have found their way to new regions, and today Pincho's menus are full of small dishes from kitchens all over the world.
